Profile
Judy has extensive experience working with disadvantaged members of communities in urban areas. She has worked with Waithaka Youth Welfare Network a community based organization as an Organizing Secretary. She has also worked as a volunteer with Thomas Banardoes Children Centre and the Abandoned Babies Centre as a social worker.
As a social worker in the two children’s homes, (Abandoned Babies Centre and Thomas Banardoes House), she acquired skills in social research, record keeping and project management. Judy also worked with the Nairobi Hospital Pediatrics Clinic as an administrator for a period of two years where she acquired people skills and report writing skills.
Currently at Maji Na Ufanisi, Judy is the Youth Officer Incharge of all youth projects. She also handles the educational wing and is in charge of interns and Volunteers in the organization.
