Toni Wanga has over 19 years of extensive working experience gained from high level administrative and office management exposures. Toni has skills and experience gained from various organizations including Health Management Organizations. Previous positions included: Customer Care Team Leader for 3 years, Head of Customer Care Department for 2 years, Operations and Officer Manager for 2 and 5 years respectively in the same Organization. Other career exposures included short stints with KPMG Peat Marwick Consultants and Kenya Medical Research Institute, one of Kenya’s leading research institutions.

During her working career, Toni has been instrumental in the establishment of the said HMO and the development of its workforce. Other key functions included designing Monthly Newsletters, letter heads and relevant company forms; internal and external reporting and communications procedures. Overall, she has been able to gain good interpersonal skills, leadership qualities from the various supervisory positions held, communication and planning skills, logistics handing and general administration and management skills.

Toni, joined Maji Na Ufanisi as an Office Administrator in August 2006, bringing to the Organization, a unique combination of values, qualifications, skills and experience gained from various positions. She provides professional administrative and secretarial support for the organization, in addition to overseeing general customer-care services, being the organization’s front-office link with development partners, board directors, community people and MnU visitors.
