Gladwell has over 10 years experience working in Kenya for both the public and NGO sectors. With a background spanning from project/fund accounting, financial management to budget analysis she has risen in ranks from Accounts Assistant to Finance Officer in various organizations.

She has worked in different capacities in several projects funded by IFAD, CIP, IFS, ATPS, World Bank, Waitro among others. At Kenya Industrial Research and Development Institute (KIRDI), her work involved m aintaining Project accounts for the Institute, which entailed proper documentation of all expenditures incurred by the various on-going projects, preparation of financial reports for submission to various donors as per the grantor’s policies. This is in addition to advising Project Coordinators on unfavorable variances thus facilitating management decision-making .

From experience gained over the years, Gladwell provides Maji na Ufanisi with key competencies in Accounting and Financial Management, Human Resources, Business Administration, Tax Compliance, Training and Systems Development and Purchasing and Supplies. As a proficient and experienced accountant, currently, Gladwell is holding the position of the Finance Officer at Maji na Ufanisi. Her work involves financial management, project accounting, and administrative functions in addition to community capacity building in financial management systems.

She is an ardent team player who is dependable and maintains a high level of integrity.
